Self Check-in: Enjoy total independence with arrival between 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM.

Check-out: Please vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM.

Registration: We kindly request copies of your ID/Passport a few days before arrival to comply with local law enforcement registration.
Flexible Cancellation Policy

Deposit: €50 required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon arrival (via cash or bank transfer).

Free Cancellation: Up to 15 days before arrival (full refund of the €50 deposit).

Late Cancellation: If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival date, the deposit will be retained.

No-Show: In the event of a no-show, the total amount of the stay is due.
City Tax
The Municipality of Trieste requires a tourist tax of €2.30 per day per adult guest (for a maximum of 5 consecutive days), to be paid on-site.
